The VVAA (Vic) Education Fund W532, was established following the successful implementation of the William Hacking Education Bursary, it was felt that not all ‘children at risk’ would be entitled to funding under the terms of the Long Tan Bursary or the Veterans’ Children’s Education Scheme (VCES).
The VVAA (Vic) State Council felt that no veteran’s child in need of assistance for the continuation of their education should have no where to turn.
